This syrup’s ingredients complement each other and join their forces to degrade the kidney stones.
Parsley is a natural diuretic and olive oil serves as a urinary tract lubricant.

Maple syrup and honey have antibacterial properties and lemon increases urine’s acidity and in that manner dissolves kidney stones.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 organic lemon (with skin)
  2. 1 bunch of parsley root
  3. 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1 cup of maple syrup
  5. 1 cup of honey

Preparation:

Slice the lemon into thin slices and chop the parsley root in small pieces. Blend everything in a blender.

Add honey, olive oil and maple syrup and keep blending until it is homogenous.

Transfer the syrup into a jar and store in the fridge.

Take one tablespoon of syrup in the morning on an empty stomach and one before bed.

Drink lots of water during the day.
